He combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, fostering effective communication with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and referral agencies.
Michael oversees day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies, while actively applying performance-based fire engineering strategies to enhance building safety and minimise risk.

Tristan Goode
Tristan is a fire engineer with over 7 years of experience and holds both a Bachelor and Masters of Engineering from The University of Queensland, where he published peer-reviewed research and received top honours in fire safety engineering.
He has led projects across all stages—from concept to post-construction—spanning sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and heritage. Tristan specialises in delivering tailored, cost-effective Performance-Based designs that meet stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements through sound engineering analysis.

Alexandra (Sasha) Leschuk
Alexandra brings diverse experience across the residential, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors, with a strong technical foundation in nuclear engineering.
Her expertise spans fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants and hose reels, fire suppression systems, CFD modelling, and the preparation of detailed fire engineering reports.
Working alongside a highly skilled team of fire safety professionals, Alexandra contributes to the successful delivery of projects from concept design through to commissioning, post-construction review, and refurbishment planning.
